Conditions Free delivery
Delivery is offered on the UPS Access Point (Relay) delivery method for:
- any order for an amount greater than 120€ TTC
- elements with a length of 100cm or more are unfortunately not eligible to this type of delivery
Carriers
The products are shipped mainly by the various services operated by the La Poste group: Letter tracking, Colissimo and Chronopost, depending on the dimensions and weight of the elements present in your order.
Items larger than 150cm are shipped by the UPS carrier.
Relay point deliveries are made in the PickUp network via Chronopost (Chronorelais).
Processing and delivery times
The delivery time can vary from 24 hours to 10 days in France, depending on the nature of the items, the volume and the delivery method selected.
Delivery times are specified on each product sheet. For any question relating to the delay on your order, you can contact us via the contact form.
Delivery time, including processing, can be up to 25 days for international delivery depending on the destination.
When your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your order.
Shipping costs
The estimated delivery costs are specified on each product sheet. However, the actual costs can only be calculated after providing the delivery address.
Delivery statements
In the event of an incident during the delivery or non-delivery of your package, please contact us within 7 days. In the event of a delivery dispute, the complaint process with the carrier can take up to 30 days.
Sold out
In case of out of stock or quality problem on items in stock, your order may be shipped in several packages on different dates. In the exceptional case where the problem could not be resolved within the maximum delivery time announced, we will offer you a new delivery time or a refund of the missing parts and the associated shipping costs.
