Black Cast Iron Tee Plumbing Curtain Rod Bracket

Black cast iron plumbing curtain rod bracket with a tee for a floating installation of the curtain rod.

ATTENTION :  Your steel pipe must be smaller in diameter than the tee fittings so that it can slide.

This rod support allows you to slide a pipe of a size smaller than the size of the rod support, allowing the rod to slide and be removed more easily.

The supports are sold individually and without the bar, in order to allow you to best adapt them to your window or bay window.

Supports to be screwed to the wall or to the ceiling can accommodate three sizes of pipes:

• Dimensions: 20x27 (3/4) - Weight 420g - Size of the plate to be screwed 8.5cm - Spacing of the rod vs wall: 5.5cm
• Dimensions: 26x34 (1") - Weight 600g - Size of the plate to be screwed 8.5cm - Spacing of the rod vs wall: 7cm
• Dimensions: 15x21 (1/2") - Weight 310g - Size of the plate to be screwed 8.5cm - Spacing of the rod vs wall: 5cm (Please note that the 1/2" support does not allow the pipe to slide, it is screwed into the Tee on each side)

But beware for this model of rod, if you order the rod support 3/4 you will have to take pipes and sleeves in 1/2 and if you order the rod supports in 1" you will have to take pipes and sleeves in 3/ 4.

ASSEMBLY TIPS:

1/ For example, if your window is 80 cm wide, add at least 20 cm on each side for the bar, so 120 cm of curtain rod in total.

2/ If the total length of the bar exceeds 200 cm, we recommend that you add an additional central support. Concerning this model (respecting the size of the support (1/2 - 3/4 - 1") add: A black cast iron floor flange + A black cast iron male/male sleeve + A black cast iron equal tee.

PRECAUTIONS: Once the two supports and the bar are fixed to the wall, be aware that the weight can be substantial. Be sure to use suitable dowels and check that your support is capable of supporting the weight of the assembly.
